0800 diverted to a mobile number
« on: November 28, 2006, 06:07:14 pm »
Hi there

Do you know any good telecom company that offers a reasonable price on call diversion?
I am about to go for an 0800 number but need one that can be diverted to my mobile and that will not cost much.

Any advice is kindly appreciated

I am not sure if this helps, here goes;

land line (BT)  (call diversion is about £5 a quarter I think)
0800     (Utility Warehouse) £4.11 per month.

So I pay BT for the fixed line and divert facility. The 0800 number is attributed to the land line and I pay additional monies for calls made through the 0800 number.

The divert can go to any phone I choose - which is invariably my mobile.

Regards

I found it cheaper to divert the 0800 number to my home then redirect it to my mobile.

I use Alphatalk, they don't offer the facility to divert direct to my mobile

Thank you all for the replies.
I think I will go for double diversion as mentioned somewhere above.

Thanks
