when you post a reply you will notice that below the text box their is an option called additional options click that and their are options to add photos fairly straight forward.

The person you want to quote has a quote button in the top right hand corner, click that and away you go, if you want to quote certain words, then just delete the words you don't want.

scroll down  the quote until you see the word quote on its own press return so your cursor is below the word quote and type your text.
