right place right time

hi all

had the best thing happen to me today was out doing a price for a job when te old boy comes waling down the path saying are you the window cleaner ...

me : yeah

him : i do all these blocks of flts all twelve of them .. and have been doing some of them for 40 yrs

me: ok (me thinking wheres this going he doesnt own them ..getting ammo together )

he says i retired on friday do you want all these blocks cleaned every 4 weeks ....


WWWWWOOOOWWWWW!!!!!!

so now i am in the process oof getting them off him i offered him money he wants none of it he said we all start somewhere and this is my chance ...

some are lower than i would charge but i have put them up and have gotten two of them this evening for definate waiting back from 10 but only rang tonight with prices he took.

one is 360.00
6 are 135.00
4 are 80.00
one is 152.00

all in all they took him with ladders one week i have had a look and they will take me 2 1/2 days for all
thats ok money wise for me

I'd clean this retiring window cleaners house for free, quarterly, for ever; he sounds like a decent chap.

Oh, as long as he doesn't live in a mansion.

hi all

bought him £100 m&s vouchers today going to take them to him weekend

plus picked up a nice £85 house today every 5 weeks
