Rab. ive just had a prochem inline heater break! not a prob-on the phone to a technician i use. He rings back quoting over 200 notes for a repair and prochem engineer told him good luck! They say its a right job sorting it!  :o Weighing up the odds ill be placing an order for a different heater for machine number two. just a word of warning.  ;)

Ive had a few prochem machines over years and they burn motors(vac) really quickly i found!! last year i replaced 3  :o One was done under warranty granted and i do hammer the machines-none stop. However the heater on this one has always been temperamental too and this has just ended its life-for good! when another motor goes then so will the machine-perhaps for a rhino? Have also got a ninja and that is a pleasure to wheel out as it never seems to break? just my findings of course  ;D

Hi Rab,

I have an Ashby's Diamondback 135 psi adjustable which I use with a single jet wand that I find works well with this machine, I did not notice any significant reduction in the solution pressure at the wand or stair tool at the end of 50 ft using the Masterclean inline heater. I have used it all week for up to 3 hrs at a time constantly, as the Diamondback does not have a tank heater. As I said earlier I'm very impressed with the heater. I'm going to measure the output temperature at the wand when I get a chance and will post the result on here.

Hi Terry,

I saw that it went for £1180! I noticed Vernon has been listing them one after another for a while now and they seem to be going at the £1100 mark. I bid on one when I was setting up and missed it too. What price did you get for a complete machine when you spoke to him buying the "official" route?

Regards,

Adam.

Adam he said for the Rhino I think it was the 300 psi with heater 1600 plus vat :-\ the ninja 400 psi comes out at £2100 plus vat :o the one on Ebay was 300 psi which would do us fine,he does put them on there as you have said,I do look at the ninja, they are only 7 mls away from us,if something went wrong, which is a bit to handy, vernon is about 1 hour not to sad, saving quite a bit of dosh :-\ I did notice some one said they have both machines on board, the rhino is very good, but thinks the ninja has the edge :-\

I have one of these machines with the external heater, great bit of kit and for the money best value I have ever had from a portable, Vernon's been great with service too, set out a replacement wand imediatly as courier damanged first one during delivery.

The Tech that uses this machine the most, says that the heater is definatly better than the prochem one because it puts out more constant heat, it's been in daily use for a month now and no problems, to early to say how durable it is yet but a its a good start and I have had much worse with other machines.

As for a 135psi and 2x3 stage vacs with hoses and tools for £999. i'm having one as a back up! ( and if your reading can i have a discount Mr Purcell after i said all those nice things!)  Mainly because that spec on anything eles would be at east £600 more

Oh and the stair climbing wheels are good too!

Only down side, it could do with a bracket/holder for the heater like the steampro, but as he makes them he'll probably have one this time next week,

We have now put a support inserts on the machine to hold the heater to the side of the machine (Bracket will be extra). We find by listerning to what our customers require, makes good business sense

Hi Vernon,

Seeing you are online, Thanks I got your mail. I need a Female/Female straight brass coupling to allow me to join 2 male ended solution hoses together. The ones listed as far as I can see are male or female.

can you email me with availability and price please at techniclean@hotmail.co.uk

Thanks,

Adam.

P.s. I've been using your heater with 50feet of hoses for a month now and it's excellent one of my best investments so far! 8)
