i am doing quiet alot of four or five bed houses and the are taking me about an hour and a half to do first cleans so i reckon they could be done in an hour.am charging between 15 and 20 pound and they have conservetories. How much sound i be trying to charge an hour do you think i am working for about 10 to 15 pound per hour at the mo but reckon i should be pushing it up.I do a top job and frames and sills.

Next time you price a job which is a simular size house up the price a little and see where that gets ya. I have been doing this, same sort of houses as you 4/5 bed detached started off at £15 but now most are £18 some with bigger conservatories are over £20.
I think i have found my ceiling price now though as quoted one other day and had no response and the customer was really up for a cleaner, will go back and see if i can rescue it with a lower price.

I find these sort of houses 3rd clean onwards i can do them in half an hour as frames and sills are just a wipe rather than a real arm ache scrub.
Decent money if you can get a few next to each other.
