Hi Pete

I just looked at the source code and it looks fine. It compares the amount of space needed for the backup with the amount of free space reported by Windows.

Looks like your CD driver is misreporting the amount of free space. There's not much I can do about that...

Why not use our Internet Backup system?

Reah,I obviously didnt explain correctly.
I am a trained programmer so I know a lot about computers.

Surely computer proggraming is better money than window cleaning.

why dont you just buy a memory stick for about £10.00? or something much better than a cd or anything like that even floppy! or the internet backup or both ;D

I have an internet based email account ie one that I can access from anywhere such as hotmail and I just attach my daily backup to an email and email it to myself then store it in a folder.

Always accessible it doesnt matter if your computer is stolen or your house burns to the ground  ;)
