method statements and risk assessments
« on: August 19, 2006, 01:08:43 pm »
hello all,
I have tried to devise a risk assessment form and a method statement form but i am having trouble.
They both sound so complicated if you know what i mean.
Has anyone got a general form for both where i can fill in bits relevant to each job i quote.
Any help would be most grateful
regards

No worries matey, its just some people prefer to know abit about members for stuff like this, say if you asked for leaflet designs and someone gave you one you printed them under your flag and you was both local.

Are you Aztec from herts?
