Sorry, Denis, I haven't.

Non of them were window cleaning, beer, or kebab related.

To tell the truth, my computer was made in 1944 and even though I'm on broadband, links take ages to pop up on my computer.

It could be because I use an extention phone cable from the BT socket to my computer; I've been told this is like trying to get a basket-ball down a straw; but clicking on links takes too much time for me; so I generally don't.

I do plan to get a better spec computer and a broadband extention cable, but I plan a lot of stuff I never get around to doing.

As for PJ's comment:

It's great not being a mod.  I feel I have more freedom. When you're a mod, new members may think you know more than what you actually do, which is complete twaddle in my case.  When it comes to window cleaning I'm still wet behind the ears.

Anyway, after many complaints, I do try not to be offensive; no more anti-Scottish jokes and stuff.  But I do think this forum is good news and will try to help fellow members if I think a product is below standard or targetting window cleaners who I think it's not appropriate for.

you will find this isnt the case

as the copper wire in your extension lead will be the same as it in your BT box

its 1 of those myths that are not true
