Linen cloths, baby's nappy's, copper pipe, and washing up liquid, are just a few items that makes this guy the expert, and the fastest window washer in the west,

I expect every british window cleaner will be faster than this guy, he recomends to clean the windows twice a year so must have a lack of experience.

If he seen our Terry Burrows in action he would probably swear blind that Terry never moved.

There has also already been recommendations on this site as how to remove lime scale from windows including the use of 000 wire wool.

Good thread though it gives us brits a boost, when we usually trail behind the  americans.  One thing I can say its nice to see the humble squeegee saved someone's life in the world trade centre.  Bring it on squeeky  ;D

Jeff: if you were referring to a recent post Iput on here, the problem was solved by myself or the customer using my idea [replace the windows] no using a product u use for limescale removal in toilet pans but she didnt tell me which one.

Hi Gaza

I was actually refering to a recent post on lime scale removal but also to the fact that I have acually used 000 wire wool myself to remove it.

what I am trying to say is this american expert hasn't taught us Britts anything, I myself joined an american wc forum a couple of weeks back, and was very supprised at there lack of knowlege in wc,  many don't have there on wf pole system, they normally hire it. because they really do only clean windows twice a year.

gaza I joined this american forum and introduced myself as you do and the questions the guy's threw at me was unbelievable do you remember Duke? He joined along with jouk45 and they confused the american guy's with all there answers on wfp,

have you had a look at the link Doug posted in my mind he is like a house hold guy learning the trade and passing on his tips to so many in the states that know very little on wc.

I had an american customer who was amazed that I turned up every six weeks without fail, and it was her who told me she never even seen a wc in the states.
