I was called to a job where a child has urinated on carpet, and it appears to be a significant amount that has penetrated deeply. I'm trying to determine the best treatment approach:
Should I use Prozyme or M-Power or something else like final phase for this situation?
I notice the Prozyme directions state:
dilute 1 litre of Prozyme with 1 litre of warm water, allow 15-20 minutes contact time, machine rinse with plain water, re-treat and leave.
This seems to suggest no extraction is needed when using Prozyme - is that correct? Or would using a water claw for extraction be beneficial regardless of which product I choose?
Any advice from those with experience handling deep urine saturation in carpets would be appreciated.
