2 weeks off just before Xmas, then Xmas of and just had surgery on my mouth so another week off at least next week......do mine monthly would you inform them that it will be 6/7 weeks since last clean till I get back to them or just leave it especially this time of year.
Impossible done straight away, miracles can take a little longer.

Without a doubt Bt I form the customers - play the medical card for sympathy etc..

Inform them is best practice. That way they know they have not been dumped or you have packed it in.

I would defo text certain customers that I would be late getting round due to surgery esp if your usually on time.try and text the blabbermouths who will then tell your other customers what's going on(if its compact estate work).

Might risk leaving a lot of it just text the 7 weekers.....I'm never totally on time anyway....looks like a dry, cold but sunny week as well next week.

If you've got about 50 customers text them. If you've got 400+ I wouldn't bother. Too much arsing about.
