Zesty
I've done very large commercial works, for a very long time, I don't share much on here or anywhere else now, there's other ways of spending downtime.
What I will say is if you are on it get the lances made to fit your height.
Even if you have to pay to have them made, it will eliminate a lot of bad posture and stooping & certainly take away a lot of the upper neck and lower back pain.
There are no standard lances in my set up, all made to suit my height, from 1200mm up to 2.5 metres split flow, every combination.
It doesn't get rid of it completely but it certainly makes it more bearable.
Also footwear, you're not moving like window cleaning, pretty static, shuffling, get decent boots that'll look after the arch of your foot and heels.
Don't know how old you are but look after your back - not looking after mine has certainly come back to bite me!
