If it’s green with algae hypo mix and pressure wash if just a bit of dirt pressure wash only

Ok I would give it a good pressure wash then treat with hypo to kill any remaining spores

Pressure wash with 15 degree nozzle or flat surface cleaner - if you have hot that would be better - don't use a turbo and do a small area first - some resin bond is better than others - then a good dose of Hypo

If you google the main suppliers  of resin bound drives they state to use a strong hypochlorite mix on it , we have dine a lot and never had any issues with using chemicals .

I wasn't disputing the use of chemicals and know some manufacturers/ installers recommed using bleach for moss/algae etc.
I obviously didn't make myself clear : I meant only COLD/ COOL water should be used, NOT HOT.
This is also advised by the manufacturers

ive found fsc best if mossy hypo first go side to side then up and down then hypo to finish lots of rincing
