It's only an MOT failure on vehicles first used after 1 September 2009.None of mine are that new.I did notice though that all trailers over 750 kg require at least one reversing light.

Hello Smudger Spoke with the mechanic earlier He left my van outside lock up finished.He was out on a call outSo didn’t to speak this afternoon He said he noticed reverse switch I’m getting it sorted with MOT in January after Christmas with him.Hazard lights will be put on when reversing 👍Don’t really want to take anytime off nowThanks
