At the end of the day they are not UK water fed pole brushes they only look like they work of any sense on big plate glass windows ie car showrooms or office windows,hence why he’s always demo ing them on such glass. They don’t have customer service that part of the business does not exist it hasn’t been thought of because it never occurred to him he may need it,that’s the arrogance and ignorance of the man.
