I'd query that im sure these photos belong to someone else....

Indeed. The most cleaned conservatory roof in the country. Here's a small selection of people who have cleaned it:

A mate of mine took them up on the offer of a free clean - there are load of their vans around here. I think they are based in Leeds.
Anyway they did the first clean then, without being asked or any agreement entered into, they cleaned them every month when he was at work and invoiced him.
He ignored them for months and months - then got a letter from a Debt Collection Agency demanding payment for the total!
I believe that is their S.O.P.

Brings back memories of those cowboys "Cleansafe". Undercut one of my shops, did the clean then hit them with an invoice for more than they quoted and more than i was charging.

When we started and had no images of work done I emailed the guy whose work it was. His response was something like "no problem, everyone's using it anyway".

First conny roof I did I replaced his pic with a picture of my own work. Which was promptly nicked. As was our entire website. But that's another tale.
