Are you kidding?I wouldn’t go anywhere near a facias/soffit clean for less than £50 a side. Often it’s more like £150 for a standard 3 bed semi.It’s hard work, can be fiddly, takes time so should be priced accordingly…£3 per meter is unbelievably cheap, in fact I’ve never heard of someone charging so little.

Crazy the difference in prices north to south,I charge about £20 per side to clean so £60 for an average 3 bedEven then i dont get many jobs as most think im too expensive what makes me laugh is people turn their nose up at those prices but happily pay £12 for 10 mins work on their windows....little do they realise i can spank off £50/£60 per hour doing nice easy windows, if only they knew eh
