 I am down sizing and have 3 rounds for sale in Sheffield, with add ons such as gutter cleaning and conservatory roof cleans etc, a mixture of traditional and wfp, all monthly cleans, bank and payments on the day, all good customers

Stocksbridge 170 houses takes two men around 4 days to complete generates £1081 for sale £5000
Mostly compact

Worrall 69 houses takes two men around 2 days to complete generates £671 for sale £3000
Compact work

Crookes 219 houses takes two men around 6/7 days to complete generates £2250 for sale £11000
Crookes down to Huntersbar and out along the Ecclesall road corridor
Compact in areas

Ive had these rounds for a long time now and had some arguments with myself as to wether or not to sell them
