The only  way I see is if you can move it and it fits in the bath is giving it a nice hot bath

Bit late now but I always make sure I empty the hose once filled up !

I've also filled a small plastic sand pit with hot water and gone along hose dropping it in bit by bit

I've managed to get some flow by using a paint stripping heat gun along the length . It won't fit in bath as its 30m long and the hard plastic pipe so not very flexibl

Very rare but I’ve had this on really cold mornings undo the valve and pour hot water from my tank down the nozzle in a couple of minutes it works it way down the hose and defrosts it.

I tried taking the pump nozzle off and pouring hot water down.,no good had to heat it onl the cooker flame but have buggered the internal seal so when pump is on water  is squirting out the back of the nozzle

The nozzle or gun needs putting in a bowl of hot water not boiling you may crack the plastic and bugger it.

The gun is the main thing you need to protect from cold it needs wrapping in a thick dry towel or 2.
