Yes all from facebook ads and posts. Yes i could filter out the crap and go for higher prices etc but i want volume.
Cant really moan ive spent less than £100 so far on ads i can afford to lose some and have a few bad payers, my cost per customer is so low compared to leaflets or canvassers.
I was mainly just making the point that its easy to forget all the crap you have to go through to build a round when you have been doing it a while with a steady, reliable customer base.
you dont just want volume
you want volume of quality customers at the right price.
the main things we do that weed out crappy customers are
1. get the to signup to DD before we give them a clean date
2. charge double for the first clean
3. quote them over the phone or internet from set prices
4. offer one off cleans at a min £60 that they have to pay upfront in full to book (or 3 times normal clean)
if you do that you will have less of the poor customers who take up your time quoting, cleaning, and chasing for money, and you can concentrate on building up a decent round
