spotless water
« on: August 25, 2020, 07:19:21 pm »
hi folks , i have a grippatank system and the tds is rising after 2 weeks of a resin change so i decided to fill at spotless water stations while waiting for a filter change, i noticed how cleaner the windows are looking after using this water, anyone know what resin they are using because we can see a big difference in quality of water.
any feedback?

It doesn't matter as long as the tds is quite low,
I wouldn't work anymore than 00.5.

It’s a placebo, I notice no difference cleaning with 0 or 25

Still won’t make any noticeable difference.

The parts per billion thing is a bit of a marketing ploy, you know like  pyramid tea bags and a hundred other things that don't make a lot of difference, but are used to sell a product
Generally as long as you are below 10ppm you'll be fine, 30ppm if it's cloudy.
That comment is based on 17 years varied experience of producing and using purified water.

I run a water purifying business in Margate and we keep ours below 3ppm and change the resin once it goes over that
A manager is generally someone who has been promoted to the position by someone else who didn't see them as a threat.
Hence all people are promoted to the level of their incompetence
