Its my view that we need to step back from how stuff is marketed to us and start selling the benefits of those machines and products using this type of style.

Have to wonder about carpet cleaners who have make these videos and spend time  market themselves though , are they making their customers happy. 
They might be cleaning with cold water , or eco Chems ,or bad machines ..
My experience ...i can never keep up with referels and I'm only half trying  .
