Good afternoon all,

We have successfully made it to the last 3 for quite a large tender of over 50 sites. I have a couple of queries if you are able to help me on without seeing the tender.

We are unable to visit all sites but do have the Sq m of each site. How do we know the correct hours for each site when we have no TUPE information and not able to see full facilities or areas we clean?

Based on the above what types of Caveats are common on a cleaning contract?

Any other advice you can give would be very much appreciated.

What sort of cleaning is it? Windows, offices, carpets etc. You must have documents and TUPE otherwise you couldn’t be competitive and if you are taking over a contract you would need to be taking on existing cleaners, their outstanding holidays and their pension provisions.
