Hi Alex , Iv tried to order an slx 22 but it keeps coming up with error messages. Not sure what’s happening, I also received 2 emails - the first saying subscribed to your newsletter then another saying unsubscribed lol

Any ideas?

Hi Shrek

The SLX22 is out of stock - this now shows on  the website.

There is a small glitch in our new software system that does not mark this automatically when the Saleable Quantity reaches zero - hence still showing as in stock until you try and add to the shopping cart. This is being worked on although it is complex.

New stock of SLX will be back in stock in about a weeks time. Please sign up for email notification and the system will email you when they are back in.

Could you send me a copy of the notifications you received about the newsletter - we do not have a newsletter facility so this is strange

I didn’t sign up (I thought I signed up years ago but can’t remember ). I don’t usually use my laptop but as I wanted to order a new pole I thought It’d look better on a bigger screen than my phone, as soon as I signed into my account , I received 2 emails from sales@gardinerpolesystems.co.uk
