Lots of advice here and. I have been there and not once. My advice.

    1. Allow yourself to be depressed. To not work. Not do things. Don't try to punish yourself for not going out there in life.

    2. Speak to people about it.

    3. Set very small goals to do some work everyday. Go and do 2x jobs a day and that's your success atm - allow that for yourself.

When you change your environment, you go to do those two jobs, you will get distraction from where you are now. Problems/family)self pity etc
Important to allow yourself only do those 2/3 jobs. If you start feeling to do more great, if only done those few things - that's a success as well.

Hi Jay,
It's good you can open up ,alot of people won't, I never did.
I was in a very dark place in the 90s,I  never want to go back there.
I found riding a bike everyday sorted it for me,try it even for an hour.
Keep safe. ;)
