Hi. Ive recently secured some cracking commercial contracts and have 5 customers in Gunthorpe who I'm looking to sell...hardly sale of the century i know but theyre good customers and i'd like to look after them.
5 houses, 4 of which are every month cleans..TRADITIONAL ONLY
1 x £11, 1 x £13, 1 x £12 and 1 x £15. the 5th one is every other month and is £15. So that's £ 51 month 1 and £ 66 month 2.
They used to have a wfp guy but insist on traditional as they want all the sills and frames doing too, which i have always done.
Just doing the 4 takes about 3 hours and doing the 5 takes about 4 hours.
They're nice people, in fact one of them is Steve Sutto, former Nottingham Forest and England goalie (in case a Forest fan is interested!!)
I appreciate it's not a lot of work but could be handy for adding to an existing day just outside of Nottingham....
