Anyone know of a chemical that will revive faded black or brown pvc guttering.

You could try something from Halfords that is used to revive car exterior trim.

4m of black or brown at wickes is £8.69 , joints , corners , are about £3 , i would want way more than £8.69 to revive 4m of gutter .
Have a word with them , clean it out , take down 1 bit a a time , cut new to size and use all existing holes , charge well and you are both on a winner

Thanks, I was hoping to find a chemical that would improve the colour. Most black and brown gutters fade and need some sort of treatment to revive them.

Sorry guys its an old post... for future reference for anyone who would like to fix faded gutter...
take it off .. flip it around.. the inside of gutters hasn't had any sun on it.
so its as good as new.. may need a scrub but better than replacing

I spray WD40 onto an old rag and apply two coats. No rubbing need, and the gutters look like new/

Trouble is it doesn’t last long and needs re doing ,only permanent solution is to replace the guttering .
