Not worked all week, contacted a lot by text message and several of the "oldies" by phone, all have understood and replied with very positive messages, looking forward to seeing us again.

I did have one problem customer today....but it was nothing to do with me working during the virus. He was moaning because there was a very light drizzle this morning, I had only cleaned a couple of windows, one of the downstairs windows was open and I heard him shouting loudly  “ you can’t clean windows in the feckin rain “. I stopped cleaning and rang his bell, he said he would pay online, I told him not to bother, the reason I’m ringing your bell is to tell you to find another window cleaner, bye!

Absolutely no problems by anyone over last two days of working.  They have all been great and supporting.    Even people out going for walk would smile and say hello.

On what Customers are saying to you

yep a normal working week for me.......even the childrens nurseries and childrens homes were open this morning(for key workers children) so i cleaned them as usual........ive had 2 skipped cleans all week...(a £22 job and a £20 job)and picked up 2 add on jobs(roof clean and f/s/g job)...i also had a woman asking me would i do a one off clean for her today but i declined(i couldnt be arsed basically)....

customers have been great...ive had a lot more offers of tea and coffee this week because they are at home but ive refused them all and kept my distance.......

my work has been even more hassle free than usual due to quieter roads and an overall peace and tranquility thats felt wonderful at times.....a lot of my work  has been semi rural this week and the weather has been fantastic.......
price higher/work harder!
