Does anyone else find they get tight hip flexors from window cleaning. (Wfp)
I find because of the sideways position we stand, my right hip flexor is tight, left also to a lesser extent.
I roll it out in the gym, does the job.
It took me a while to work out what I was doing that caused it.
Then, whilst in the kitchen, I mimicked the movement we do when polling, and felt my right hip flexor, it was tight, and being ‘used’ to steady the body in that position.
It doesn’t really bother me, (stretching and rolling it out does the job) I just wondered if anyone else has experienced the same?
