Absolutely no offers as it is a very fair price

I’m basically asking x4 per clean for the WFP work and the ladder work is in effect free and the buyer takes a chance converting it to WFP. My feeling is most will change over but I cannot guarantee it 100% hence why I am selling it this way.

Over 200 customers done on a 4/8 week cycle

Reason for sale - relocating

I’ve had the work 12 years and the guy I bought it off 9 years so it’s a good solid round that has served me very nicely.

I do £35-£40 per hour easily on this work even when ladder work is involved.
This is the last of my work for sale. My other rounds in High Wycombe and South London sold easily with no trouble at all and I’m happy to give you the guys numbers who bought off me so you can see how happy they are with how everything went.

Payments cash, cheque, bank transfer though cheques are dying out month on month
