Hi guys got a quote to clean a rendered bungalow that has some painted wooden eaves. Not done this before so just some advice on SH ratios to clean them. many thanks..

Depends how bad they are, but 2-3% should be plenty.

Hard to say without seeing it!

I wouldn't use SH on wooden eaves.

Just use a degreaser, virosol, whatever on the eaves and SH the rendered walls.

id just use hot pure water...nothing else on the wood to be on the safe side...
price higher/work harder!
