I have a shipping container in a compound with electric and water in SE London that costs just £100 a month. Dont see the point having office etc just for window cleaning  when all can be done at home on laptop.
Also have a garage back of house where i store bits too.
Wow some guys pay a small fortune for units.

That was the sort of thing I was thinking of 1 of those containers somewhere,I would need an inside tap though can’t see how that would work with a container.
