Just a quick praise where praise is due post - I ordered a 12 pack of 36" razr squeegee rubbers, but received a 12 pack of 14". One phone call and the pack of 36" are on their way to me and no need to return the ones sent in error. Excellent service, ta muchly.

True, however this seems to be a regular thing listening / reading other posts and from my own experience.  Simple human errors being made more than once on packing.

(Yes, b4 others mention it, over filling engine oil is a human error that I shall not be repeating)

However, to me a mark of a good company is how they deal with aspects like this, when things go a little wrong. 👍

I noticed the 14" is 35cm, so I guess someone rushing could make the mistake.
It's probably a lot easier to make than say, overfilling a vehicle with oil. I mean, who'd do something that daft? 🤔🤣

U don't want to go over filling ur oil, can cause an abundance of problems....

We have a window cleaning warehouse local to us and the guy that works in the workshop is an absolute genius, great guy to know.
