Hi All . I've got a gutter cleaning job on an Estate which is 2 storeys . Ground 1st 2nd . Its going to lead to many more contracts But I need Ladder for it rather than Vac .
I,m Trying to buy a Ladder High enough for it but am not sure just how hight it needs to be .
I've found 10m ones for around £400  but am not sure if they'll be high enough accounting for at least 2 ft over the gutter height and the correct angle from the House .
Anyone know How high a ladder I,d need and if Theres any out there ? as 10m is the highest I've found online.

I would hire some ladders before I put out £400. 3 storeys is high and you may well change your mind once you start. Proper access equipment might be the way forward but the cost of doing it might be prohibitive.

And you’re going to need someone on the ground to foot the ladder.
