I have for sale our well established Worcester window cleaning round. The round covers the areas of Broadheath, St Johns and Lower Wick. All the properties are residential.

The round consists of 69 properties to be cleaned every 5 weeks £857. About 4 - 4.5 days work
Two properties student lets,to be cleaned every 8 weeks £26.
There are also two bungalows with a total of 30 solar panels to be cleaned every 6 months £130.
There is no van or equipment included in the sale price.
I bought this round over seven years ago, the previous window cleaner had the round over 10 years before that.
I am in no rush to sell this round, in fact I really do not want to sell. I am only selling due to the fact the person who cleans them, is not getting any younger. He is finding, driving an hour, cleaning windows and driving an hour home again is getting to much for him.
