So just looking for some advise for the best and best priced window cleaning trolly. Also looking for a 25 foot pole aswell all for houses. I have just bought a round 600 pounds a month worth of work. doing this on the side as still doing my current job, hoping to gain more work in the future to leave my current job. well I would bypass the trolley stage - but by the looks of your circumstanses you have no option so I would do this

a backpack
SLX 25 pole - however you might want the cheaper clx until you know you like doing windows

how you purifying the water ?
