Cleaner planner opinions please
« on: February 04, 2019, 10:45:19 pm »
Hi for any of you that are using cleaner planner can you tell me how the go card less works.
Is it something like you try to get the customer to sign up to paying by direct debit every month
So then by having there details stored each time you clean there windows and mark it off on your system that they have been cleaned will it then take the payment automatically.

Do you use handheld computers to upload the work onto etc to take out on the job with you or to give to other workers etc
If so what make would you recommend

How does it compare to wcp

They sign up to go cardless via  a link you send them (to fill in there details)

once cleaned you log into your go cardless account and manually request their payment, they get an email saying you have done so and in approx 7 days it is taken from them and landed in your bank account.

with cleaner planner, you upload your days worksheets and then click on "start go cardless" from cleaner planner and the process is started for you.

simple

So if say you had done 100 houses that day do you have to go into each one separately or is there a select all button to say you have done them all then it will start the process of requesting the money.
Or if there is any you haven’t done or just done the front or done extra can you change these first then select all.

Has this system ever let you down I have a lot of houses and men relying on me I need something reliable Iv tried ones before that let me down so just ended up back in the stone ages with my paper sheets

The simple answer really  is trial it and then you can see if its good enough for you. It is a very good piece of software (cloud based) better the wcp. Regarding go cardless once synced with C/P its a case of pressing one button to start all of them.

Thanks for the reply’s

I would like to know just has anybody had any problems with it at all

And is there any other software out there that can take care of collecting in payments every time the work is done or is cleaner planer the only one that does this.

I take online payment at the minute but the customer still has to go on themselves to pay so you still get a lot outstanding I would like to get a system that as soon as I mark off that the work has been done it can collect their payment automatically.
This way no body will ever run up a bill etc
I want to get away from having to call for money altogether it will save us so many hrs each week

I’m not sure I’m convinced enough yet about cp with reading other posts and I don’t think a 30 day trial would be enough for me to
