To employ or not to employ?
« on: June 26, 2006, 11:14:35 am »
Hope some of you can help.

I have started carpet cleaning on the side of my 1.5 year old window cleaning business.
It started earning enough for me to sell my window cleaning but unfortunatly as it goes... timewasters >:(

So I am now concidering employing someone to take care of window cleaning and deliver carpet cleaning leavlets.

Any advice?
