Sebo 350 evolution problem

Hi all, I have the above vacuum and even when stood upright to use vacuum hose the roller brush still rotates on the carpet, is this normal cos it’s bloody annoying as obviously wearing the brush prematurely and if I vacuum the van with it on the grass it makes a mess 😕

Anyone else got one and same problem?

That's the way they are.

Need to remember to lay it on its back for doing upholstery  or tip it up on the wheels if pausing on carpet.

I find the kick on/off more annoying though.

Oh what a shame as got some good features as well
I find the kick button annoying as well
The usual top heavy thing as well  so always falling over 😕
