so what did you do?  skip their property?i would dump there and then if a customer said that to me and that was their excuse for not having them cleaned...

Perfectly valid query of it was -2°c or colder. However today it was 8°c or warmer so I’d remove them from the round.

I had that once as well. It wasn't even frosty! Then again I also have also been told to leave it because it was too dry!

Too cold for her sat in a nice warm house and she would feel bad watching you clean the windows in cold weather and not offer an hot drink?

I had one rush out and tell me it upsets the dog !
I asked if they had considered getting him put down  ,  they then saved me the trouble of checking if the dog was in and wanted them doing in the future
