« on: September 20, 2018, 10:35:55 am »
Anyone got one of these in van??

I use 500ltr wyedales with no probs (other than small traffic light rock)

Need to replace a bigger one but im concerned re larger size and not proper baffling,

Anyone got any experience with these?

Matt

We've got one 800 in a Pure Freedom system. Seems good to me.

We use 1000 litre wydales in rear wheel drive transit 350s.

You’ll need a payload of 1500kg to stay legal. They drive fine though.
The 2.4 is better than the 2.2

What vehicle do you have?

You could go for a custom made tank which would be better baffled. It will be more expensive, but if you plan to keep the tank a few years should not matter so much.

Pretty sure Marc Stock has a 1000 litre wydale in his T200. He doesn’t eat breakfast though to save being over the payload.

I have an 800L Wyedale in my Vito and can honestly say I have never felt anything , its never moved or lurched , I have a hundred play balls in it (ala Nathan), its tight against the bulkhead and I dont drive around like I am training for the Paris-Dakar rally, but its absoloutly fine.
