Gardiners super-max discontinued New

I’ve just noticed on their website that gardiners are discontinuing a lot of the super-max poles 😱 .. I wonder if this means they will be replacing it with something better ?
Has anyone heard anything?
I’m thinking of a new 40ft pole but can’t stretch to an extreme
