Resin chamber issues
« on: August 17, 2018, 06:41:57 pm »
Hi Guys,
I’ve got a 350 gpd RO system from Pure Freedom it’s about 5 years old and always worked well..this week suddenly the resin chamber has stop filling so I’m only getting about 8 ppm before it enters my tank.
Does anybody have any idea why this has stopped filling?
Could I have a blockage somewhere? Do the membranes need changing ( they are just about due)has anybody had this problem who can advise please..
Thanks

What do you mean by “resin chamber has stop(ped) filling”?

It has no water going into it or production has slowed down etc..?
Why don't you have a quick google before making stupid comments?

Personally I would go with 4040 ro job done, as long as you have a good pressure out of the tap,my  tds from  the tap is 272 my ro lasts one year and has done  for the last ten years,I produce 500l per day and it takes about three hours max
