450 gpd ro unit issue
« on: July 11, 2018, 08:32:09 am »
I have one of them 450 gpd (3x150 gpd membranes) and I put in new membranes last night.

Since doing that the unit does not flush now when I turn the valve on to flush, also the ppm's are rising.

Any ideas?

Theres a good guide on bulk reef supply.
Check tubing connected back correctly, run for an hour as normal, not backflushing to clear bits off the membrane.
Also it’s recommended to change the flow restrictor valve at this time too.
I also change pre filters and the resin in my 10’’ canister so everything is new at the same time.
Seems to work ok.
Hope this helps.
