Yes. I said the extra charge was an additional cuppa

Was the job itself a big one?

Not really; £50 one. a 4 bed detached  family home, you know the sort that 68 reg Audi's and/or KIA's are parked up on with an able & cole hamper stacked neatly by the "OAK" door.
