Unhappy with JETMAC

In last few years i spent good amount of money with them, buying a industrial pressure washer 2 years ago and after that on few other occasion bought rotary cleaner, hoses, nozzles and few other bits. He was never been very professional when talking to him and emails are very short and unprofessional but i still bought all this stuff from him. Now when i have a problem with equipment he doesn’t want to know about it. Not answering my phone calls or emails. Machine is not under warranty but i just wanted an advise

I have just replaced my machine and he never even replied when asked to quote. I bought the machine fron Wrightway pressure washers in the end who were very good indeed. Anyway whats the problem ?

My machine started losing a pressure. Pump and engine working ok but not enough pressure to clean.Took it for repair but they couldn’t do anything. Contacted JETMAC many times asking for advise but he just ignored me. Anyway i fancy new, more powerful machine

The machine i bought ! - The price is wrong though

The pump is interpump and its on a wheelbarrow trolley which is quite  heavy but its quiet and runs all day on £15 of diesel, its electric start, has fuel low light and a light for all the engine faults and a fluid filled pressure guage.

Best method for getting help with problems is to video your problem / issue as In most cases it’s so difficult to sift through long verbal descriptions and understanding what the issue is
