Hi, looking for a good general all purpose carpet/upholstery/wool safe solution which is self neutralising which will be put down with a pressure sprayer, then agitated with a Sebo Duo and then rinse extracted using just warm water alone in my machine, any suggestions?
Has anyone tried Citra Clean Concentrate by Ashbys? Is this any good?
Or anyone tried Alltec Ultimate Master Carpet Cleaning Powder?
Also can recommend a good general purpose self neutralising spotter/stain remover?

I have some Citra clean and find it a little hit and miss it is also not self neutralising. The only other products which will fit your requirements are spitfire advanced, spitfire lavender, ultimate master and up and out. I have tried all with the exception of spitfire lavender. The most versitile one in my opinion is up and out which I use on a daily basis for most of my work. It is sold by Carpet cleaners Warehouse. There is a link to it in the recent post about Presprays. The only one which is woolsafe aproved is spitfire advanced which is sold by the same company. It’s pretty good too.

Which one would you go for out of Ultimate Master Powder or Spitfire Advanced? Also as Ultimate Master Powder is a Microsplitter would this be better than Spitfire Advanced?

Ultimate master isn't a microsplitter. It is really an extraction cleaner which can be used as a prespray also. Micro splitters are not better or worse than detergents. The micro splitter debate is a whole different topic though

I don't use Ultimate master any more (its not a bad product though). I think it is unrealistic to have only one product as there is no one product which does everything. I currently use Up and Out for most of my work however I did used Spitfire Advanced today on a suite as I felt it would give a better result. If i was forced to choose only one product to use it would be Up and Out, however as I don't have to choose I have  a selection I use for different things.

If you are going to try one thing I would buy some Up and Out and I would use it at full strength.

Robin, it says about up and out “enzyme prespray”.  As far as I’m aware enzymes are not to be used on a daily basis as thay may cause health issues because of protein content in human’s cells. Or am I wrong?

Enzymes do work on proteins yes. However they are not that much of a risk. After all biological washing powders are enzyme based. As long as you are not drinking it or spraying it at yourself it’s not a problem.

Has anyone used Dirtbusters Carpet Cleaner? It looks good, safe on wool and low PH

Im looking at Prochem Prespray Gold, I see as its a neutral PH it can be rinse extracted using just warm water only so won't need any more chemicals to rinse extract, this sounds like a good one?

You can rinse just with water however it is designed to be used with detergent like liquid woolsafe, or a rinse like Fiber and Fabric Rinse. This is more the case if you are using lesser powered portable equipment. Have a look at the product specification sheets  of Prochem products and you will see how they are intended to be used.
