I did one like that this morning, it was slightly bigger. Used the vac to clear the rear gulley, took 2.5hrs. £235.

This is clean the roof glass and plastic trim gutters don’t need emptying as it’s only 6 months old it’s a regular customer who wants the roof cleaning as a one off was thinking £150 - £200 the access is not good on the left hand end or the back side of it , the picture on hear for some reason hasn’t loaded properly and is looks smaller than it is

We have a small triple Zarges ladder which is perfect for conny roofs. Pop the ladder mitts on and it rests perfectly on the gutter with no ladder overhang and you're right over the roof. You should be able to reach the awkward bits with WFP? And to clean the sides of the UPVC sections you can't see, turn the brush almost in on itself and scrub. Use plenty of truck wash or similar. And ideally clean when rain is forecast - helps with the rinse!

I used the customers hose to rinse all the bits off first and then cleaned thoroughly. Worked a treat. Go in at £200.
