Hi guys,

We have a carpet/floor cleaning business in Manchester and we're really trying to focus on turning EVERY happy customer into a 5 star review. Some of the tactics we're using:

- Signed up for Google my Business, local review sites and promote Facebook reviews
- Created a unique link that takes you straight to our 'leave a review page' on Google - this makes it easier for customers to leave us a review
- Text, email and create leaflets that have the review link on them
- Created a work group chat and always celebrate when someone gets the business a 5 star review
- We're introducing a review competition at work, whoever gets the most positive reviews gets a prize.

Have you guys got any more tips for getting positive reviews online?

I have recently started to give out free stain removers to customers if they write a review. I collect all of my reviews on Check a trade so I give them a feedback card to fill in.

I would use the same technique, Send them a text message to your facebook/google review page.
