Mould spore removal
« on: February 23, 2018, 03:44:18 am »
Had an enquiry from a lady who wants her whole bungalow cleaned with a spec from America. Quite specific with the use of hepa filters being outside and pipes etc passed in through windows. All walls etc to be vacuumed then sprayed with vinegar and damp wiped, then dehumidifier then done again. Has anyone done this sort of clean and any further advice would be appreciated. She has some some of immune illness and can't have any toxic chemicals used in the clean. Thanks in advance.

I’ve had the same request from an American  but they wanted to supply the cleaning chemical not use vinegar. I told her to write down exactly what she wanted me to do and I would precisely follow her instructions.

She had an allergy to dogs and the homes previous owner had a dog,  I thought she was a bit nutty and would start making us do  some sort of obsessive/compulsive type clean that’s why I was very clear she wrote down exactly what she wanted and we did exactly that

I would be tempted to use Miracle Deep Clean Disinfectant Cleaner ( No Smell) As opposed to Acetic Acid much less chance of any damage that way
